お客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、以下の日程にてデータベースのアップグレードに伴うシステムメンテナンスを実施いたします。

ご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

■メンテナンス対象

本人確認サービス（開発環境および本番環境）

■メンテナンス日時

　・開発環境：2026年 5月 12日（火） 07:00 〜 09:00（JST）

　・本番環境：2026年 5月 19日（火） 03:00 〜 06:00（JST）　　

■影響

上記の時間帯に、10秒程度の瞬断が2回発生いたします。

以下の事象が発生する可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

瞬断中に行われたリクエストについては処理されないため、

エラーが発生した場合は再度リクエストいただきますようお願いいたします。

・本人確認API：タイムアウトする、もしくは500エラーが返却される

・Browser SDK、iOS/Android SDK、TRUSTDOCKアプリ：エラー画面が表示される

・開発者向け管理画面：エラー画面が表示される

・ID Search / エスカレーションツール / オペレーション画面：エラー画面が表示される

・Webhook：遅延する

This notice is being sent to clients who utilize the Identity Verification Service.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be implementing system maintenance for a database upgrade according to the schedule below.

Please confirm the details.

■ Maintenance Target

Identity Verification Service (Development Environment and Production Environment)

■ Maintenance Date and Time

■ Impact

Two brief network interruptions (approximately 10 seconds each) will occur during the times mentioned above.

Please be aware that the following events may occur:

Requests made during the brief interruptions will not be processed.

If an error occurs, please kindly resubmit your request.

Verification API: May time out or return a 500 error
Browser SDK, iOS/Android SDK, TRUSTDOCK App: An error screen will be displayed
Developer Management Screen: An error screen will be displayed
ID Search / Escalation Tool / Operation Screen: An error screen will be displayed
Webhook: Will be delayed
