TRUSTDOCK to create a global identity verification API ecosystem with an eKYC ID app and API platform

Already live in Japan, TRUSTDOCK is now beginning a global launch and plans to be operating in multiple new countries by this time next year.

By developing KYC infrastructure that complies with laws in all countries, TRUSTDOCK will be able to contribute to the continued expansion of digital transactions across the globe, and unify a fragmented digital ecosystem.

KYC as a Service

Already Japan’s leading eKYC provider, TRUSTDOCK uses a host of APIs to perform a variety of identity verification tasks that speed up the account opening process for any digital service provider, all fully compliant with regulations, including Japan’s new Anti-Money Laundering Act.
In addition to their technology, TRUSTDOCK manages the operations necessary to execute identity verification processes, provide human eye verification when necessary, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise for clients. Because of this combination of technology and operations, with TRUSTDOCK, service providers can conduct identity verification at a low cost without having to develop an identity verification management screen, recruit and train operators, or manage 24/7 work shifts. Any company with online member registration or with existing customer databases can use the service, irrespective of business category or size.
As TRUSTDOCK has various independent APIs ready, a service provider can execute any  API required by relevant regulations or their own workflows, including new account openings, when fraud is detected on transactions, during periodical customer data updates, and upon reactivation of dormant accounts.
With a KYC platform that is securely linked to a digital ID app via APIs, the future for TRUSTDOCK is fully digital IDs that will quickly and reliably verify anyone, so everyone everywhere will have access to all the digital goods and services they qualify for.
